If the display shows “OPP”, it means Short-circuit protection.

There are three reasons that cause this:

1) The product’s power you connected is much more
than capacity of inverter.

In this case, reduce load.

Use a product with starting surge power within the inverter's capability.

2) There is an Overtemperature for AC- output
terminal.

In this case, reduce load of your devices.

Improve air circulation around the unit. Relocate unit to a cooler environment.

3) AC output short circuit has occurred.

Disconnect the inverter and reconnect the inverter after some seconds.

If it still shows the same code, turn to the Ampeak Technical Support. Email: support.us@ampeak.com

This inverter features with advanced protection with Digital Display and
Audible alarm.

When the inverter is in the status of Low Voltage, Over Voltage, Over Temperature,
Short Circuit, Overload, the inverter will beep and shows corresponding code.

If the display shows "OLP", it means the AC products
connected rated at more than the wattage load of the inverter.

This 2000W power inverter is a modified sine wave inverter, which is
perfect for resistance products.

The microwave is an inductive product, whose starting power will be 5-7
times than its rated power.

It is likely beyond the capacity of inverter.

In this case, please kindly change other lower power devices to test
again.

If the display shows "OPP", it means Short-circuit
protection.

In this case, please kindly disconnect the inverter, and then reconnect
the inverter. If needed, reduce the load.

If the display shows "OCP", it means the inverter is too
hot to shut down.

In this case, please allow the unit to cool down. Improve air circulation
around the unit. Relocate unit to a cooler environment. Reduce load if
continuous operation is required.

If the display shows "OUP", it means the voltage input from
the DC power source is too high.

In this case, please kindly use 12V power source only.

If the display shows "LUP", it means the voltage input
from the DC power source is too low.

In this case, please kindly check the battery voltage. If necessary, please charge
it to full and test the inverter again.

This 2000W power inverter provides 2000W rated power and 4000W peak
power.
The output power is related to
the followings: battery capacity, inverter efficiency, product power used.

In this case, please kindly check the followings:

1) Confirm that the power of your devices is within capacity of inverter.

If necessary, please kindly reduce load. Make sure the battery is
not less than 120Ah and it is full of power.

“OLP”means the AC products connected rated at more than the wattage load
of the inverter. Overload protection started.

In this case, please disconnect all loads from the inverter and test the
inverter with lower power devices again.

Q: When I plug in nothing, the digital display
shows “OLP”and cannot stop. Is there any devices?
A: In this case, please contact
customer service to get friendly after-sale service.

This inverter features with advanced protection of Audible Alarm and LED
indicators.

When the inverter senses that the voltage at its DC input has dropped to
the range of 10.7-11.3V DC, the audible alarm sounds, and LED indicates red.

If the audible alarm is ignored, the inverter will automatically shut
down when the voltage drops to the range of 10.2-10.8V DC, preventing the
battery from being over-discharged.

In this case, it is recommended to change other batteries to test the
inverter again.

This 400W power inverter provides 400W rated power and 800W peak power,
and it is with cigarette lighter plug and battery clamp cables to choose to
use.

In this case, please kindly check whether the power of your shaver is
within 400W.

And please confirm whether you connect the power with cigarette lighter
plug or battery clamp cables?

The maximum output power of the cigarette lighter cable is 120W.

Using more than 120W load may damage the car's fuse.

If the power of your shaver is 120W-400W, it is better to use battery
clamp cables to get more power.

Q: Where can I get a spare fuse? A: This inverter features
with Built-in dual external 35A mini slip Fuse to protect your devices, and it
is easy to replace. You can replace the fuses directly even under harsh
surroundings and all seasons.

This smart battery charger comes with alligator clips cable and power
cord.

Please follow the charging steps to connect battery first, and then plug
in to AC power outlet.

In this case, please kindly check the followings:

1) Please check whether the battery voltage is less than 2V.

If so, it is determined to be a dead battery and the charger cannot
recognize it.

It is better to change other batteries to test it again.

2) Please confirm whether the connection is tight and well.

3) Please kindly check whether the switch of AC power outlets is turned
on.
If all the problems cannot be
solved, please take a photo about battery and turn to the Ampeak after-sales
services to get technical support.

This smart battery charger supports charging or maintaining all types of
12V lead acid batteries, including GEL, AGM and STD.

Please kindly confirm that your battery is 12V lead-acid battery.

Besides, please check the following information:

1) Please check your battery condition and usage time.

2) Please check the battery to see if there are some leaks and swelling.

If need, please kindly change other good batteries to test it again. If you change the battery
and test the charger again with same result, please take a photo about battery
and turn to the Ampeak after-sales services to get technical support.

Generally, under the normal condition, the charging time calculating
could be:

Charging time (h)= Battery Capacity (Ah) / Charging rate *Charging loss

There are two situations to make the charging time long:

1) The battery condition is not good.

In this case, please check the battery condition.

Replace battery to test again if needed.

2) Selected charging rate is too small for big
battery.
In this case, please select
higher charging rate and recharge.

1) Please kindly check that the connection is well.

2) Please confirm the AC power switch is turned on. 3) Please take a photo of
PASS number(on the bottom of charger) and turn to the Customer Service.
